MEET THE COACH
I am a graduate of and hold Certification by the Fearless Living Institute of Denver, Colorado (www.fearlessliving.org). I am also a graduate of the Business and Personal Coaching program of Coach University (www.coachu.com) and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Previous training include an M.A. in counselling psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology of Chicago, Illinois.
For the past fifteen years, I have supported individuals' personal and professional growth, having worked with hundreds of men and women making huge changes in their life after years of seemingly unsurmountable challenges. I also have experience in the management of a small non-profit organization, middle management in a large government agency, as well as life in a law firm and in financial management organizations. (And I am not one hundred years old yet).
I have been called spunky and fearless. At mid-life I made huge changes in my life, going from a boring government job to doing an undergraduate and then a graduate university degree, all while being quite poor and a single parent.
I am passionate, curious, caring, direct, challenging, supportive and my clients tell me I am a great coach. In my spare time, I do ballroom and latin dancing, cross-country ski, swim at the lake, love to eat, read, learn and grow.
I help you see that your impossible is possible. Essentially, I help you get out of your own way.
